Two ways to work with Bel Covo
Pick the one that fits before you read any further.
Path 1
Work on a crew
You get a weekly paycheck and we hand you the tools. No trade experience needed, no equipment to buy, no customers to find. We train you from zero.
Read below ↓Path 2
Run a branch
You already run a crew of your own. Run it under the Bel Covo name instead: you keep 75% of the job, and we bring the customers, the price, and the software that runs the office.

Entry-level position. No trade experience needed, and honestly, none wanted. We would rather teach you our way than unteach somebody else's. You will work on a small crew installing polished concrete and floor coatings, on real jobsites, for customers who expect the work done right.
Primary duties
- Stand behind and push a floor machine, following the supervisor's instructions on pace and coverage
- Grind the floor with a hand grinder on your hands and knees, several hours at a time, every day
- Move equipment, hoses, and material in and out of the building
- Mask and protect edges, doorways, and anything that is not supposed to get coated
- Clean the site and the equipment at the end of every day
- Clock in and out on your phone and keep your hours
Experienced hands are welcome too. If you have run a grinder, sprayed coatings, finished flatwork, or led a crew, say so in your application. We will talk about where you start and what you get paid.
Pay and Compensation
- $10 to $20 per hour, depending on the branch you work out of and how much construction experience you bring
- Weekly paper check, paid trial days included
- All tools and materials provided. You buy nothing to start
We do not have a corporate benefits package. What we have is weekly pay, steady work, and a crew that respects the trade. For a lot of people that is the better deal.
Requirements
- Able and willing to keep a positive attitude every day
- Your own transportation to get to the jobsite
- Reliable enough to show up on time every day, as early as 7 AM, for 25 to 50 hours a week
- Able to work some weekends when jobsite deadlines require it
- Physically fit enough to work on your hands and knees, outdoors and in buildings with no heat or air
- Average or better English reading and writing
- A smartphone with internet, because you will use an app all day
- Able to fill out a W4 and tax paperwork to get paid by weekly payroll check, trial days included
- Willing to do a paid trial day before we offer you the position
Prior concrete experience is a plus, not a requirement. We will train the right person from zero.
Read This Part Twice
This is not a trade for the faint of heart, body, or mind. What we expect from your attitude, your reliability, your character, your stamina, and your commitment to doing it right is high, and we enforce it. The work is dirty, it is difficult, and some days it is mentally exhausting.
If it were easy, anybody could do it and it would not be worth doing. This is highly specialized work, and our customers expect us to be second to none at it. We are looking for people who want to grow and move up inside a team of professionals.
Before you apply, look around this site. Read a polished concrete page and a garage coating page so you know what you would be building.
