1. We review your message and follow up if it is a good fit. Project inquiries typically get a response with clarifying questions and next steps.
2. Scope discussion. For projects beyond a basic estimate, we walk through your space requirements, timeline, and any site constraints.
3. Estimate or site visit. Simple projects get a written estimate. Complex projects get a scheduled slab evaluation at no charge. During the evaluation, we look the slab over for moisture warning signs, check for active cracking patterns, and assess any existing coatings with adhesion pull tests before recommending a system. If the slab raises a moisture flag, or you want the numbers, we set up a vapor test, which adds time because it has to sit undisturbed. This typically takes 45 minutes to an hour.
