Online Quote Tool

Build your concrete flooring quote

Have a floor plan?

Sign in and our AI takeoff reads the rooms and measurements straight off your plan, then saves those areas so every quote after this one starts filled in.

We use your email to reach you about your quotes, and we never sell it. See our Privacy policy and Terms.

We read the ZIP off your address to confirm we service your area and calculate your mobilization charge, the cost of getting our crew and equipment to you.

Series for this area

Ranges are typical for a job around 2,000 sq. ft. Setup takes the same crew time on any size job, so smaller jobs run higher per square foot and larger jobs run lower.

How to use this quote tool

How do I get a price on this page?

Work down the three numbered steps. Step 1, Areas and measurements: enter the job-site ZIP, then add each area with its width and length and pick the floor you want there. Step 2, Your selections: review what is already included and turn options and add-on services on or off. Step 3, Final details: read the line-by-line estimate and the total for the job. The price recalculates as you change things, and nothing reaches our crew until you choose to send it.

What counts as an area, and can rooms get different floors?

An area is any space you want priced: a garage bay, a shop, a kitchen, a patio, one warehouse room. Add as many as the job has. Each one carries its own measurements and its own finish, so a garage can get a flake system while the shop next to it gets polished concrete, all inside one quote. Areas you leave unchecked stay saved but drop out of the price.

How accurate is the price?

The calculator prices from the same rate sheet our crew uses internally, and it pulls the current rates when the page loads rather than whatever was true at the last site build. What you see reflects the measurements and services on your screen. Travel is priced in from your ZIP when your location is in an active service area. Final pricing is confirmed after a site assessment, where we verify slab condition, access, and anything you flagged for on-site measurement.

Do I have to sign in to get a price?

No. The full calculator, the itemized estimate, and the print copy all work with no account. Signing in adds one thing: your work gets saved. If you only want a number today, skip it.

What does signing in with Google actually share?

Your name, your email address, and your profile picture. That is the entire list. We never see your Google password, we do not read your email, contacts, calendar, or files, and we cannot post anything to your account. There is also no new password for you to invent. You can edit the name we put on your quotes right after you sign in.

I signed in halfway through. Did I lose my measurements?

No. The calculator hands your working quote to Google and picks it back up when you land back on this page, so your ZIP, areas, measurements, and option choices come back with you. Sign in whenever you like, though doing it first is easier if you already have a saved location to load.

Will my quote still be here if I close the tab?

Signed out, only in that one tab. An anonymous quote is held by the tab you are working in: reload the page and your answers come back, but close the tab and they are gone, which is the honest reason to either sign in or use Print before you leave. Signed in with a location open, every change saves itself as a draft in the background, so you can close the laptop and finish on your phone.

What is a saved location, and what does it remember?

A location is a job site: its name, address, ZIP, and the areas you measured there. It holds geometry only, not prices and not finish choices, which is what makes it reusable. Quote the garage this spring and the shop next fall, and the second quote starts with the measurements already filled in. Rename a location any time; the name is how you tell your job sites apart later.

Where do I find my saved locations and quotes later?

Sign in and open the portal at belcovo.com/portal, listed as My locations. Each location shows its areas and every quote you built for it, with the total, the date, and the finishes it covers. From there you can load a quote back into the calculator exactly as you left it, start a fresh quote on the same measurements, remove one you no longer want, or send one to us. A quote reads Draft until you send it, then Submitted.

Does saving or printing send my quote to you?

Neither one does. Print opens your browser's own print dialog and sends us nothing, not even your name. A saved quote is a private draft on your account: we do not price-shop it, sell it, or hand it to anyone. The only thing that puts your quote in front of our crew is you pressing send.

How do I send the quote to you or ask about it?

Scroll to Contact us about this quote in Step 3. It is open and waiting: tell us whether you have a question or you are ready to schedule, and if you are scheduling, pick a rough start window from as soon as possible out to three-plus months. Leave your details and your note and send. Your full itemized quote goes to our crew with it, and we email you a copy for your records.

Will someone call me after I send it?

We answer by email. We ask for a phone number so your quote and our replies stay tied to you, and we may call when a conversation beats a thread; tell us in your note if you would rather we only email. Check the text box and we text you once to confirm, and only text after you reply YES. Either way, you get an answer to the question you actually asked. Ask us which finish holds up under a forklift, or whether your slab is a candidate for polish, and that is what comes back, not a sales pitch. If you told us you are ready to schedule, we come back with next steps and a site assessment.

What if my project does not fit the options on screen?

Some jobs need eyes on the slab before anyone can price them honestly. Damaged or failing slabs, multi-level pours, and specialty finishes are the usual ones, and the calculator will also tell you when your ZIP sits outside an active service area. Call (888) 852-3528 and we will talk it through directly.
